This screenshot below shows all the days total from start to end, then it lists the days on hold which is what I need to subtract from the total formula (so it wouldn't end up being 1 yr 8 months, 30 days if I subtracted the 118 days). I tried numerous ways in the formula below, to try and subtract the days at the end but it doesn't work. The formula to calculate the total amount of time between the start and end date that I use is: My end game is to figure out how to subtract a certain number within the start and end dates of the total. I have the total amount of time between the start and end date caclulated in yrs, months, and days and reflected in the first screenshot. I have a group of dates from 2021 to 2023 in the picture below (it doesn't show all the dates just enough to give an idea). ![]() Please see the screenshots and info below to better explain what I am trying to accomplish.
